The location was marvellous and good, short walk to all major tourist attractions, and a cave, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was delighted about easy check-in.

It has kitchen to prepare your own food. The bedroom is lovely, bed is extremely comfy.

They have included central heating, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker. This apartment has a lovely bathroom. It has a perfect and peaceful position in a calm area.

The room is lovely and complete with the upstairs living space and access to the apartment.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Sebay Mill Holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with traditional music playing and a warm welcome. The apartment was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the living room seating was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, even providing basic condiments. The bright and spacious bathroom was a highlight, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the airport and a short drive into Kirkwall. We especially loved being surrounded by the stunning Orkney countryside. Sheena was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the road noise at busier times and the lack of storage space in the second bedroom, we still had a wonderful holiday. we highly recommend Sebay Mill Holiday for a memorable stay in Orkney.

Excellent stay during several Orkney holidays. Rooms with the extra bath. Setting short walk to Kirkwall, Orkney and a quiet area vir close enough to Kirkwall. Btw, located handy to everywhere on the islands.

We stayed here for 4 lovely nights. Had easy check-in too. The accommodation included an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating.

The location was ideal, we received helpful advice from the owner, and the presence of smoke detectors ensured safety.

We had an amazing stay at these holiday apartments, which were close enough to everywhere on the islands. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful fields and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the little touches, such as the lights and music playing upon our arrival.
